- Canada : 3 - 5 business days
- Greece : 1 - 3 business days
- North America : 3 - 7 business days
- Europe : 1 - 4 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 4 - 7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

It's possible sometimes that online purchases may go wrong. For that reason we accept returns.
But we try constantly to give you measurements of any coat, measurement of any product, extra photos and information's!
You can ask us as many questions as you like before or after purchase.
We send with express shipping because we understand that you want your package quickly.
In order to return an item, you must ship the package back to me at your expense. After receiving the package back I will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
For orders with free shipping costs:
A: In case of a return,
B: In case that you didn't accept on delivery it,
C: In case that you didn't paid customs fee and the package consequently returned back,
We refund 80% of the amount of the order due to the shipping costs payment.
LOST / DELAYED packages.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us. If somehow your package appears to be lost we cannot replace it concerning the "By Post Offer / Low Cost" categories. Conversely we recommend you paying some extra money choosing DHL option because not only you will be ensure that you will receive your package in your hands but also you will have a full refund in case your package lost.
Otherwise you risk that your package may be lost in transit or someone else may find it at your residence and steal it.(Keep in mind that DHL needs acceptor's signature in order to deliver an item safely!)
Therefore if you choose the "standard shipping" option at checkout, we are not able to offer you a refund or replace option.

We work with American sizes XS-XXL and also the European 38-48
It is better for you to measure yourself. Chest, shoulder, waist, sleeve.
Look at the photo up how you measure it.
DONT TRUST THE SIZE BUT THE MEASUREMENTS OF EACH COAT!!!!
Care instructions
-Always hang your fur garment on a broad shouldered hanger. Give the fur coat or jacket room in the closet so it is not crushed.
-Never store fur coat, jackets or accessories in a plastic bag.
-Never leave a fur garment near heat.
-If a fur coat gets wet, shake it out and hang it up to dry away from heat and where it can have air circulation.
-Avoid putting perfume or pinning anything to your fur.
-Never use mothballs or cedar chips.
-Store your fur coats, jackets during the spring and summer seasons.
-Have furs cleaned regularly by an alternate fur cleaning process (not by a dry cleaner).
-Avoid leaving a fur garment hanging in direct light; it can cause discoloring of the fur.
